All of the newly appointed chairs have previously served on NAA juries and were approached by Adcam Media Group based on their contributions to past competitions and their leadership positions within the Canadian advertising community. Each chair will select a team of top Canadian creative and media minds to join them on their respective category juries; final NAA jury members will be announced in late November and judging will take place in April 2010.
As Lead Chair, Cossette’s Pete Breton will act as figurehead of the 2010 judging team and will oversee the jury responsible for the Cinema/TV, Integrated, Mobile, Print, Out-of-Home, Radio and Young Creatives categories. Cossette is also the creative agency of record for the 2010 NAA; art director Scott Johnson and copywriter Chris Duffett are currently working on the new promotional campaign that will be unveiled at the annual Chairman’s Reception to be held Wednesday, January 20th at the historic Berkeley Church in Toronto.
